Full Moon Channel - Of Goddesses & Man
Nov 15, 2024The Wisdom Goddess of Suffering, Grief, Betrayal, Lack and Fear is bestowing the courageous hearts with her secret blessings this Full Moon!
They say it is darkest before the dawn. This is the time you may meet Dhumavati - when all seems lost, when your feet have failed, when the heart has suffered so much it knows not how to beat again. That is the place you will find Dhumavati. Sitting in her horseless chariot, ugly and decrepit, skin and bones as she sits in the cart with no horse, no wheels, not going anywhere, sitting stagnant in the darkness as the crow flies around.
But do not be deceived, nor frightened for she is a light in the dark, compassion in the suffering, the heart of miracles. She is the diviner of beauty from all things ugly.
She is the Divine herself. She need not dress herself up with jewels and makeup, nor dresses or politeness. She walks with us in the places that hurt that most, she is the Divine never separate from us, but walking with us. She walks with us in the places that no one thought they would be walking, crawling, begging, pleading. She comes to those that feel alone, as she too is alone, like the widower. She is the howl of horror at the atrocities, suffering, sorrow and darkness, the Black Madonna's wail. She is the fierce protection of the hand of Divinity, protecting your treasure, your secret blessings, your hearts fullfilment and your new dawn.
Although she is known as the Goddess of Suffering, it is not the suffering she presides over. She is, in truth, the one who holds those that have or are suffering with loss, sorrow, lack, guilt or fear. She is a resting place, her chariot stilled for our hearts to feel. She is the bestower of diamonds and pearls gleaned by your grievances. She is the beacon of light inside the lighthouse of your soul. She is the restorer of the tired heart that doesn't know how to put itself together again.
She brings Relief. Restoration. Replenishment. Refinement.
And if you are willing to sit in her horseless chariot and see what you did not see before, she will fill your cart with diamonds, part the mud and stickiness of sorrow and betrayal where your spirit has been stuck too long. She will call to crows and the ravens, the doves and the eagles, and the divine shall move your chariot cart, from the dark to the dawn.
Of Goddesses and men she says, I am the Goddess of man that suffers, so that they may see what treasure is buried deep in their lessons and emotional debris. I am the bringer of completion to a time of inner turmoil, of loss, of pain. I am the dissolver of that time, released back into the Akash. I am the water that shifts the sand and the sand that shifts the time so a new cycle can begin unburdened from old lessons. To begin again like the fools journey, carrying only what you need, no longer weighted by the past.
La Loba shows me the Cremation Grounds of those that enter this sacred rite of passage. Dhumavati's cremation grounds, she says as she points to them, there are many bones there, many treasures and I have found many a bone that was lost to sorrow and suffering. Many bones of man are scattered there, piles upon piles of bones, waiting for their rightful owners to be ready and willing to retrieve them. If it is darkest before the dawn, Dhumavati is the initiation in the darkest moment and the chariot that brings one to their new dawn. She sits in her motionless cart, the crows waiting for the moment the soul is ready to release the suffering, the debris, the pain, and then.....she brings us into the realms of the Akash, to complete the cycle of suffering, to surrender what was, to retrieve a bone of wisdom, to restore the soul into it once more.
Just as the heart can break into a million little pieces, whether put together or broken apart, it is still a heart is it not? asks Dhumavati. And every piece of that heart that was scattered about, holds a hidden blessing - if one dares to look at their darkness, finds the courage to behold it. One does not always realize that all hearts are whole, whether shattered at the helm of grief, or bitten by the poison of betrayal, even bruised by words and actions of another, or crushed by the disappointments of life itself. The heart is centre of awareness, she says, thus no matter the condition, every piece and every bruise and every bite holds a secret blessing, a wisdom, a truth, a power. For all the ways a heart can break, it is the centre of its awareness in every piece of it that brings to completion that broken cycle. No longer broken but restored and expanded. The fractals and shards and pieces are what makes a heart whole my dear. It is the not the wholeness that makes it a heart, but the fractals of it that make it whole heart. See what you did not see before.
La Loba chimes in again; Just like bones, just because one has lost a bone, doesn't mean the bone that is lost is not still apart of you. Lost or not, your bones are your bones, wherever they might be. Then comes the healing where we clean the bones of wisdom, the hearts awareness of its pains and paradigms and discovery of it's secret blessings. Cleared of the suffering now, we soak the soul of the hearts new wisdom into the bones once more....and then we dance.
We dance like wildfires, untamed and howling. We dance like wild children, barefoot and carefree. We sing with the voice of the soul, bellowing Divine. We dance to the drum of the heart now beating with greater depth, a surer strength and a firmer sound. The structure of the heart rebuilt has a different sound, as its new rhythm begins flowing through our veins. As I am the bone collector, the howl with the moon, says La Loba, it is the heart that gives them life, and the soul that makes the bones dance. Our bones are important indeed, but the heart... the heart is the very reason we even have bones to begin with my dear and the soul is what makes them dance.
The heart says Dhumavati, is the most powerful and sacred creation because it can be created and destroyed, it can fly on the wings of new love, or be bitter from the cracks of loss - It can even be both, swinging from one to the other or mingling and blurring the lines. The heart can be all things or no things. It can be one way or a thousand ways. The heart can radiate openly or build stone walls around it to protect it. It can run ahead or it can wait. It can break and it can regenerate itself. The heart is the center of awareness that sees all the forms of experience. When one decides to discover the secret blessings of the heart, where all awareness of one's soul arises. And in the places that man may suffer, at times it is because there are pieces of their heart that have been forgotten, denied, disconnected from their awareness, clouded in the shadow and the smoke.
To sit in my chariot, says Dhumavati, is to see the smoke of obscuration to reveal what you did not see before. It is to retrieve the shards of the heart from the shadows, so that one may be aware of the hidden blessing and power of ones own heart when it begins to beat in tandem with the Divine heart once more. That is when a new dawn, a new beginning and a fresh new cycle arises for a soul.
And the moon, says La Loba, she is the tide that brings the lost pieces of the heart back to the shore of the self. She is the light when the night is vast and darkest. She is the illumination of the hidden treasure. She is the deep silence in the mists and the deafening sound of the deep forest of night, with all the creatures that sing her notes, a symphony in the darkness, clear as a bell to its listener. Grandmother moon is a guide, shares La Loba, she shows you where your treasure and blessings are hidden with Dhumavati, just as she hides those same treasures in the darkness, so as not to fall into the wrong hands, of the wrong soul at the wrong time. The Divine is never late.
Many hearts are ready to release the suffering, ready for the hidden blessings, says Dhumavati.
And I have gathered all the bones that belong to those many hearts, says La Loba.
And I am right on time to shine, says Grandmother Moon. for the path has been lit.
It is time to dance again, they sing as a trine.
And Anubis will preside over the weighing of the hearts, now light as a feather from the dancing of their bones, on the wings of their souls.
And Anandamayi Ma will guide them through the sacred right of passage, where one becomes one once more with the presence that precedes the I AM, freed by Dhumavati, expanded into La Loba's wisdom, and then a new I AM begins to form, embodying anew, and the Rebirth is complete.
And in the completion of this cycle, may your hearts find awareness that brings deep peace. May the wisdom of your bones returned bring movement and joy to your life once more. And may the Moon guide your path as she illuminates the sheer beauty of your soul and radiance of your heart permeating every fibre of your being, in all the realms and all dimensions.
