Most highly sensitive women are taught to manage their sensitivity.

Very few are taught to structure it, harness it and amplify it's profound power and knowledge to shift our lives completely.

After years of feeling and sensing everything and everyone - thoughts, emotions, shadows, illnesses, stagnancies and suffering, I had enough of the overwhelm.
